1. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. How long does shipping take?
7–15 business days once the order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or on the carrier’s website.
4. My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Don’t worry!
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once your order ships, especially during busy seasons.
If it hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us at support@palviox.com
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll replace it free of charge.
9. Do you ship internationally?
No!
We ship only to US customer for now. We are planning to ship Worldwide soon.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit & debit cards
- Shopify Payments
- Other secure payment methods available at checkout
11. Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
We never store your credit card information.
