If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make things easy and stress-free.
1. Returns
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items with obvious signs of use, perfume, stains, or damage cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
Want a different size or product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Simply return the item and place a new order for the product you prefer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
