Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If an item requires customization, the processing time may differ. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

During high-volume periods, shipments may experience short delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@palviox.com

Incorrect Address Policy

We want to make sure your order reaches you smoothly! Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Once a package has left our facility, we cannot modify the address.
Palviox is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address.

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Verify your address before placing your order
  • Use a complete and accurate address
  • Include apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24-48 hours

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all U.S. orders, Palviox covers 100% of customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
You will not incur any additional charges beyond the purchase price.

However, Palviox is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspections.

Damages

Palviox is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier.

Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.
